Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

• Canada & USA: 3–9 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. Element Collective does not cover these charges.
